PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, device type, location, and time zone. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or sections that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically collected information as “Device Information”.
We do not collect your IP address when you visit the Site. We do not have a Facebook pixel on the Site. We do not use remarketing on the Site.
Additionally, when you contact us through the newsletter sign up form on the Site, or by email, or by phone, we collect certain information from you, that may include your first and last name, email address, company name, physical address, phone number, event description and budget estimation. We refer to this information as “Visitor Information”.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about both Device Information and Visitor Information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Visitor Information that we collect generally to respond to any question or request placed through the Site (including processing your sign up request). Additionally, we may use this Visitor Information to:

When in line with the specific event description you have shared with us, provide you with information or services relating to your question or request.
We use the Device Information that we collect to improve and optimise our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our visitors browse and interact with the Site).
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your details with the following third parties:
One.com, the domain registrar of the Site and the provider of the Site's webmail services;
Webflow, the web design tool that we use to build, host and maintain the Site;
Starman Records, for booking, billing and accounting purposes only;
Zoom, for online meeting purposes only;
Skype, for online meeting purposes only;
Google Analytics.

We anonymise our users’ IP addresses within Google Analytics. This helps us comply with our own Privacy Policy, or – in the EU countries – with recommendations from local data protection authorities.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
YOUR RIGHTS
If you are a EU resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below. Additionally, if you are a EU resident we point that we process your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you, or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.
DATA RETENTION
When you contact us through the contact form on the Site, or by email, or phone, we shall maintain your Visitor Information for our records for up to 24 months, unless you request removal of your Visitor Information earlier, or EU law requires otherwise.
CHANGES
We may update this Privacy Policy unilaterally at any time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Modifications shall always be published on the Site, so that you can consult the Site's Privacy Policy at all times.
This is the most recent update of our Privacy Policy. Its date can be found at the bottom of this document.
JURISDICTION
This Privacy Policy shall be governed, interpreted and implemented in accordance with EU law. In the event of any dispute, EU law is exclusively applicable.
MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen.
